Update and revise existing tutorials for better software functionality and customer use including higher quality video tutorial production.
Existing Tutorials:
- Lengthy and difficult to navigate.
- 15 eLearning tutorials averaging 45-50 minutes in length.
- Customers could not use them as a “quick reference tool.”
- Produced in Articulate Presenter, lacking real screen move instruction.
- Titles included Purchasing and Estimating.
Revised Tutorials:
- Created as task based software instruction.
- 60 tutorials ranging from 1-5 minutes in length.
- Provided targeted instruction, providing immediate solutions for customers.
- Produced as video tutorials in Camtasia Studio as recorded live simulations of the software system.
- Titles included Vendor Returns and Creating a Quick Quote.
