Customer Community Launch Project

This was a 2 part project dedicated to launching a new customer community to 7,000 clients.

Part 1: Created a marketing video.

• Introduced the newly launched customer community as an added feature to existing customers.
• Advertised the community to potential customers as a benefit of purchasing the product. Housed on the company website.
• Focused on company dedication to customer support and service.
• Video produced using Adobe After Effects.

Part 2: Created 2 eLearning video tutorials.

• Helped customers get up and running on the new community, focused on set-up.
• Provided a review of community features such as Topics, Discussions and Collaboration, Customer Support, and Additional Resources.
