Welcome

I’m Dawn Tedesco, an eLearning Developer/Instructional Designer. I use popular tools such as Storyline 2, Camtasia, Captivate and Adobe After Effects.

You’ll find much of my work reflective of my 22 year career as a hospitality operations and training manager. I’ve also designed and developed over 100 software video simulations, which are proprietary.

I have a BA in Hospitality Business, a MS in Labor Relations, and a Certificate in Instructional Design. I’ve taught both online and on-campus classes for 3 Universities. I’m a big fan of the Michigan State Spartans. Go State!
